We also collect usage data including property addresses searched, reports generated, and interaction patterns with the Service. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information is collected automatically.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; generate property analysis reports; process payments and manage subscriptions; send important service notifications; improve our AI agents and algorithms; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: payment processors (Paddle) for billing; authentication providers (Clerk) for account management; third-party data providers necessary for generating reports; and law enforcement when required by law. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
4. Property Search Data
Addresses you search are used to generate reports and improve our analysis algorithms. We do not share your specific search history with other users. Aggregated, anonymized search data may be used for market trend analysis and product improvement.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account remains active, plus 30 days after deletion. Reports are retained for 12 months after generation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@dealscope.ai. Payment records may be retained longer as required by financial regulations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of marketing communications; and restrict or object to certain processing activities.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
