1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DealScope AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. DealScope AI is operated by DealScope Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
DealScope AI provides AI-powered real estate investment analysis tools. The Service uses 6 AI agents to analyze properties and generate investment reports including comparable sales, risk assessments, rehab estimates, and market intelligence. Reports are generated for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
4. Pricing & Billing
The Service operates on a pay-per-use model with report bundles and scan packs. New users receive 1 free property report. Payments are processed through Paddle. Report bundles and scan packs do not expire. All purchases are final; refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Pricing is subject to change, but purchased bundles will be honored at the price paid.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service; share your account credentials with third parties; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download reports; misrepresent report data to third parties; or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the AI agent system, report formats, algorithms, and branding — are owned by DealScope Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for personal and business use but may not be resold as a standalone product.
7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, the data and analysis provided by our AI agents rely on third-party data sources, public records, and algorithmic estimations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report. Users should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
DealScope AI and its reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall DealScope Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on report data, including financial losses from investment decisions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
